Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.  Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day but we will try our best to dispatch faster. Any order received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the NEXT WORKING DAY which will be the following Monday (also applies to Next Day Deliveries)

We also offer a Next Working Day service in the UK and USA  (Working Days Mon - Friday). 

 Delivery is available in the US and after 1 business day processing please allow:

  • US Tracked - $2 (3-7 business days) 

Please note: Postage for a paid Postal Service and other premium rate delivery methods will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted products.  (Yodel, DPD, Royal Mail or any tracked service)

The above shipping times are estimates, from time to time there might be unavoidable delayed in your delivery.  If you haven’t received your item within 7 days of ordering, please email help@koope.com with your order number.  

 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you’ve received an incorrect item we are happy to exchange it for the correct item.  Please email  help@koope.com with your order number for help.
